HUH? Monsters, Trailer Park?

What, do I really have to describe all of the whole entire social situation and history of the universe to you? Jeez, get with the times, man.

This place, as in the whole world, is kind of wacky, with collisions between the Humans and Monsters who now inhabit, well, everywhere on the planet. Ever since monsters started to come out of the cracks in the late 1900s, there's been a big shift all over the world all throughout society; growing to accept the newfound creatures who had decided their millions of years of lives in hiding have gotten so very boring. The Humans didn't take kindly to the Monsters at first, and still don't always take too kindly, which has created lots of tension, uprises, conflicts, and an ongoing war between the two species, originating back in 1909 when Monsters were being killed brutally left and right by Humans who were “scared” of them. The massacres started an uprise within the Monsters, who started killing the Humans as payback, and so the war was started and has been pretty much going on since, although the hostility has thankfully subsided a bit.

So, hopefully you aren't one of *those* humans, and we can continue with this story without any beef between the two of us, and our lovely cast.
